Counseling Programs at CPC Phoenix
A wide range of counseling services are available from private, personal one-to-one sessions to support groups for:
Crisis Pregnancy Counseling:
Serving women who are facing a crisis pregnancy† by exploring the choice the woman is considering for her unborn baby, and herself; and then moving forward to help her look at all the options (abortion, carrying to term, parenting, and adoption) in a safe, factual, truthful, and caring environment.
"Options" counseling is shared in a compassionate, open, listening posture; being careful to hear the woman's concerns and fears and then sharing with her the truth, hope and life-giving alternatives she is often not even aware of.
Significant Others of Pregnant Woman Counseling:
Parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives, the father of the baby & his significant others, often need to talk, and, also need help with communication and processing the issues they deal with.
CPC provides one-on-one and larger family group sessions at the request of the client, or separate sessions as requested by a family member or significant others.
Confidential Abortion Recovery Counseling:
Available for women and men recovering from the pain of a past abortion. Both private, and confidential, "closed" group sessions are available.
